Triple Conjunction (and a meteor?)

Hello!

Sorry for the yet again delayed post, I always forget to write these.

On January 10th, three different planets; Jupiter, Saturn and Mercury came extremely close to each other relative to our sky. This event is known as a "Triple Conjunction"

As usual, I set out with my binoculars to capture the rare phenomenon with the camera. However, the problem was that instead of the adapter breaking like last time, the planets were way too low in the sky to be captured properly. Due to this reason, only the planet Saturn was visible; however, even that was periodically obstructed by clouds.

We were unable to capture the event, but that is totally alright! Everything doesn't always work in your favor.

Another interesting thing happened on the same day where a glowing ball of light was seen moving slowly across the sky. It had a orange hue and was descending to the Earth. It seemed to later disappear into thin air. Based on the characteristics seen, the glowing ball might have been a meteor, but I am unable to confirm that just yet.

The photo of the supposed "meteor" I saw is shown in the picture below.

Can you see it?

Here is a picture with it marked.

It does look like one, doesn't it?

I may post an update if it is confirmed. Until then,

Thanks for reading!
